Alicia DiMichele Bio Wiki Net Worth
Birthplace: Marlton South New Jersey
Age: 39 years old
Husband: Edward Garofalo
Mob Wives season 4 returns with a new title, new drama and new cast members. This time the newbies are from Philly. Alicia DiMichele and Natalie Guercio still have the ties to the mob. Their men, family members and exes are in jail or dead from a series of illegal activities. Alicia and Natalie are holding their family down despite the potential implications. Mob Wives: New Blood premiered December 5th 2013. It was a rocky road initially once the beloved cast members Big Ang, Renee and Drita were introduced to the new girls. The guards immediately came up and claws came out. Throughout the season bonds were formed and some were broken. New Blood might just be the best season yet.
Alicia DiMichele Garofalo describes herself as a cool down to earth chick. She is a mother and enjoys hanging out with her son. Alicia has a cool personality but it looks like the women might take her kindness for weakness. But don’t let her personality fool you, Alicia has some serious ties with some thugs. Renee had a problem with her form the start and it looks like she might be responsible for leaking some information about Aicia’s husband. Renee might be big and bad but this chick is stupid, she has no idea who she’s messing with. Alicia is the wife of alleged Colombo gangster Edward “The Tall Guy” Garofalo (whose father was allegedly killed by Sammy “The Bull” Gravano).
Alicia’s husband Edward Garofalo is a tough cookie. He comes from a family filled with criminals. His father Eddie Garafola aka Cousin Eddie was arrested in 1985 for tax evasion, racketeering, stock fraud and money laundering. Eddie owned a construction company. He was part of the Gambino crime family.
Alicia’s Criminal Record
DiMichele pleaded guilty last month to embezzling union funds from a trucking firm she operated with her husband. She faces six months in prison or house arrest. Her husband pleaded guilty earlier to extortion charges.
While soft-spoken and demure in court, DiMichele has displayed signs of the trademark ’tude the loudmouths on “Mob Wives” showcase. DiMichele filed for bankruptcy a decade ago, but she oversees a women’s boutique in Cherry Hill, N.J., called Addiction. She had plead guilty in Brooklyn federal court that she not only knew about “the family” business — she was in it.
“My role was that I worked as the bookkeeper for DM Trucking and Big R Trucking, and I prepared the invoices and reports with knowledge that they were false,”
Alicia Di Michele Depression and Mental Issues
Since her husband’s arrest she has been an emotional wreck. She’d also been on the prescription drugs Lexapro, and now Xanax, to deal with debilitating depression and anxiety that she’s had since childhood, she said. She battles recurrent panic attacks, too. Alicia DiMichele sees a psychiatrist once a week. A complete and utter mess and after doing her jail time in 2012 hopefully being on the show will give her some financial backing because she claims that she is broke. But her husband who is now incarcerated allegedly had almost $1 million in cash stashed for her and their three kids to take care of. Who really knows? She did file for bankruptcy about ten years ago. They currently live in Marlton South New Jersey.
